Rewards & Certifications
At Lufthansa InTouch we equally focus on our clients’ and employees’ needs. This has been rewarded with several accolades. Since 2009 our Customer Service Centre achieved a number of awards.
- Lufthansa InTouch Berlin is an EMAS (Eco Management and Audit Scheme) certified company. The environmental management scheme is based on regulations of the European Union. In 2010 Lufthansa InTouch Berlin achieved an EMAS certification for the implementation of a comprehensive environmental management system.
- Lufthansa InTouch Istanbul won the award for the category “Best Training Programme” at the Istanbul Call Centre Awards in 2011. According to the jury, the Lufthansa InTouch performs a comprehensive and practice-oriented training programme focusing on the individual and excellence in the workplace.
- Lufthansa InTouch Cape Town was awarded “BEST Employer South Africa 2010/11” by the CRF Institute (Corporate Research Foundation) South Africa. The CRF Institute is an internationally recognised organisation and runs the BEST Employer Campaign in several countries.
- Lufthansa InTouch Cape Town is certified by the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification since June 2009. The certification covers the quality of processes within the company and towards customers.
