Erik Mosch - CEO Lufthansa InTouch
Erik Mosch was appointed CEO of Lufthansa InTouch in 2013.
Erik started working with the Lufthansa Group in September 2000 as advisor to the board for the investment in subsidiaries of Lufthansa Cargo AG. After various projects within the Lufthansa logistics sector and being parallel Head of Commercial / Legal of Aerologic GmbH, a joint venture company between Lufthansa and Deutsche Post AG, Erik joined the Lufthansa airline company in 2006. In his role as Director Competence Centre `Ground Product and Service Centre´ he was responsible for global aircraft handling, baggage and service centre processes.
Erik represented Lufthansa in the joint project with Fraport (Frankfurt Airport). Together they designed and implemented integrated passenger and baggage logistics at the Frankfurt aviation hub. The concept was granted the German Logistics Award 2008.
Before becoming the CEO of Lufthansa InTouch Erik held the position of Director Product Management Airport and Passenger Services, Deutsche Lufthansa AG, and was responsible for all product-related features at passenger touch points on the ground. His duties encompassed the Lufthansa Service Centre, customer feedback, mobile and online services, lounges worldwide and premium services at the airports.
Erik graduated in economics at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. Before joining Lufthansa, he worked as an economist for several years with a major German bank in corporate banking, and in the lead function of its corporate audit division.
