  • Consulting passengers with all flight related questions;
  • Making flight reservations and booking special requests;
  • Offering support to travel agencies;
  • Supporting customers of Lufthansa’s loyalty programme (Miles & More);
  • Providing support with navigating the Lufthansa websites.

Your Profile:

  • Exceptional service orientation and experience in customer service, preferably in the airline/travel industry.
  • Excellent English language (written and verbal) and great communication skills.
  • Successful completion of secondary education.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Flexibility to work shifts (24/7).
