Lufthansa InTouch Dublin began its operations in October 1997, with 40 employees handling calls for Lufthansa in German. The service portfolio of Lufthansa InTouch Dublin includes a variety of Business-2-Customer (B2C) and Business-2-Business (B2B) services, such as General Reservations, Miles & More status customer handling, Web Support, Customer Feedback, Group Sales and Ticketing.

Ireland is Europe’s third largest island, and its capital Dublin is well known for its musical geniuses, literary legends and master brewers. Festivals are an excellent way of experiencing one of the most precious aspects of Ireland – its people.

Food

The Irish kitchen is dominated by potatoes. They form the basis of many traditional Irish dishes such as boxty (potato pancake), coddle (bacon, sausage, potato, and onion baked casserole) and colcannon (mashed potatoes with cabbage or kale). Guinness, Irish coffee and Whiskey are Ireland’s most famous drinks, and there is no pub visit without at least one of these delicious treats.

Art

Named as a UNESCO City of Literature in 2010, Dublin is not only home to many prominent literary figures but also the focal point of Irish Culture, with a vibrant theatre, music and underground arts scene. The wide variety of museums ranges from the Hugh Lane Municipal Gallery to the Irish Museum of Modern Art, from the National Museum of Ireland to the National Print Museum of Ireland.

Nature

Whether it is Iveagh Gardens, Dublin Mountains, Bull Island or St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin and its surrounds offer recreational attractions to suit all tastes. From its green fields to the rough coastlines, Ireland’s many facets can be explored within only a few minutes’ drive from the buzzing city.

Nightlife

Temple Bar is the part of Dublin where some of the best night clubs, pubs, restaurants and unusual shops line up. Pubs have always been an Irish tradition; they are the centre of the Irish nightlife where people gather together, talk, meet, get updated on local gossip, drink, eat and just have a good time.
