The Lufthansa InTouch Service Centre in Manila, Philippines, will open in August 2016. The Service Centre will be based in the Southern part of Manila, Alabang.
Starting with a team of 10 to 15 highly qualified Customer Service Consultants, the Centre will grow to 190 positions over a period of 24 months. The Manila based Customer Service Consultants will offer General Reservations services in English, such as flight bookings and sales, rebooking requests, baggage queries and special service requests.
Once the Service Centre is built up to its full potential, services will be provided on a 24 hour basis, 365 days a year.
