Předkládaný projekt představuje výraznou expanzi společnosti Global Tele Sales Brno s.r.o. (obchodní značka Lufthansa InTouch) a posílení její pozice v rámci mezinárodní skupiny Lufthansa. Cílem projektu je rozšíření a rozvoj stávajícího centra sdílených služeb v Brně a rozšíření podpory v dalších zemích EU. Vzhledem ke globálnímu statutu skupiny Lufthansa je projekt výrazně mezinárodně zaměřený, většina poskytovaných služeb je a bude nadále exportována.
