Our centre in the Philippines is situated in the Southern part of Manila, Alabang. The centre started with just over a dozen highly qualified Customer Service Consultants who offer General Reservations services in English. Since the opening of the centre additional services have been added, such as Miles & More, Travel Agency Support, Website Support, and Customer Feedback Management.
